Boonah Loop

This loop begins on Cannon Creek Road, which climbs to a point where you can stop and take in a view of nearly the entire Scenic Rim.  It then drops down in altitude to Maroon, before heading south behind the back of the dam, on Burnett Creek Road. Turning right into Fletchers Road, you will climb up to Tiny’s Lookout for more great views.

Continue on Fletcher’s Road to meet Carney’s Creek Road and turn right. Carney’s Creek Road will take you west for a few kilometres, then turn left into Croftby Road.  Follow Croftby Road down until it turns into Lake Moogerah Road, then continue past the lake and turn right onto Mount Alford Road. You may want to take a break at the Scenic Rim Brewery at Mount Alford, before a short ride back into Boonah.
